Thank you very much for your interest in attending the SGDV Annual Congress 2024.
To avoid unnecessary waiting times on site, we recommend that you always register for the congress online in advance. Online registration will be open for you until the last day of the congress.

*** The congress dinner can only be booked prior the congress and online. No bookings will be accepted on site.

Please note that the "payment by invoice" option is only possible up to 10 days before the start of the congress. After that, the participation fee can only be paid by credit card or TWINT during online registration or on site.

	Payment with QR-bill For participants residing in Switzerland, payment by QR-bill or bank transfer on account is possible (until 08.09.2024). Please note that full payment before the start of the event is mandatory. In the event of repeated payment reminders, you will be charged a reminder fee of CHF 30.

Please note, that the total number of credits will only be attributed with an exit-scanning after 4pm on each day.

Modification and cancellation

Modification
Changes or the booking of additional services are generally possible free of charge. Name changes are subject to a processing fee of CHF 25 and are only possible before the booking has been canceled.

Cancellation
The following cancellation costs will be charged in the event of a full cancellation:

From 24 hours after registration: CHF 50.
From 05.08.2024: 50% of the total booking amount (min. CHF 50.-)
From 02.09.2024: 100% of the booking total (also in case of illness)

Double bookings can be canceled free of charge.

Bank charges for returned direct debits by bank are generally borne by the recipient of the credit.
